The Extensa 5635Z is a centric business notebook and as the most basic visual business models take a backseat to functionality. This inevitably leads to a laptop looking rather simple, and there's really nothing in the design of the Extensa that really stands out. The keyboard uses almost every millimeter of space open to it, allowing Acer to include a keypad on a model with a 15.6-inch display screen. The downside is that some keys are very close, and the cursor keys suffer from being quite small and being stuck in the Euro and Dollar dedicated keys.
