Is this proof that the iPhone 7’s biggest problem is real?

The main problem that the iPhone 7 will fix most buyers soon as they get the phone out of the box is the audio situation. Many reports and image leaks suggest that the iPhone 7 will not have a regular 3.5mm headphone jack. This means an existing wired headset does not work with the device unless a 3.5mm dongle to lightning is present. Apple is rumored to include EarPods lightning in the box, but there are indications that the company could create a unique accessory for the iPhone 7 to "fix" this issue.

Apple may launch EarPods wirelessly with the iPhone 7, and indicates that a discovery is more than just speculation. A deposit brand AirPods seems to suggest that Apple is working on a wireless headset, but we do not know when they could start.

According to MacRumors , the brand was discovered in October, is deposited by a company that is supposed to be a shell company operated by Apple . The iPhone maker uses these companies to quietly record marks all the time. Apple used shells for iPad, carplay and iWatch trademarks in the past.

The AirPod brand through the review of progress USPTO and additional documents were requsted Apple. Last week, Apple filed the necessary documents, responding to a request in January to the examiner.

The amendment was released just a day before the expiry of the six-month period, "indicating Apple remains interested in protecting the name, but suggesting he is interested in stretching the review process as long as possible without product out yet, "as MacRumors explains.

A declaration of use must be submitted to prove that the name is used, and it must be filed within six months of the mark being granted. Up to five six-month extensions are allowed.

In other words, Apple could release AirPod this year alongside the iPhone 7, or any time after that. The wireless headset is working with many other products, so they should not be included with the iPhone 7. Of course, the timing is anything but a coincidence if this be true.

What is certain is that Apple is considering a wireless headset, and has at least a couple of patents covering related technologies
