Samsung is already developing its next generation smartphone, new rumors indicate a Galaxy S8 which will feature high-end specifications that are the flagships of today look like toys. Among them ia a 4K display that would Daydream virtual reality Google's project to a whole new level.

Google in mid-May unveiled Daydream, its mobile-friendly platform VR. But the company said it compatible material would be published later on the road, maybe start this fall (with the new Nexus phones?). While current Android devices may not support experiments Daydream, next-gen smartphones will likely be equipped to provide content of Daydream.
One of them could be the Galaxy S8, which is supposed to happen at a time around MWC 2017. According to reports from Asia the device is codenamed Dream Project, which is regarded as an indication that future flagship of Samsung will boast the support of Daydream as a basic feature.
The Galaxy S8 should pack a 4K display, a new report MyDrivers said, which could be critical for such VR projects. Samsung has already demoed a 5.5 inch display with 4K resolution, suggesting that some of its high-end next-gen handsets could actually be delivered with these high resolution screens in place.
In addition to 4K displays for mobile devices, Phone Arena reminds us that Samsung is working on a technology called Blue Bio that is supposed to decrease the amount of blue light that AMOLED displays from Samsung switch off.
That said, we have no real confirmation that the Galaxy S8 will have a 4K display at this point, but things should get clearer as we approach MWC 2017.
