The latest edition of the JD Power satisfaction survey if AT & T ranks as the network with the best. overall experience of customer service. T-Mobile finished second with Verizon and Sprint rounding the best from the rest.

the JD Power survey uses data from more than 7,000 wireless customers across a wide population, and is the best annual look, we get that like their support most cells. Customers complete a survey detailing their experiences of customer service, and the answers are used to build a score of 1000 for each client. AT & T scored 820, while T-Mobile was about 815. Sprint declined to 750, by comparison.
Interestingly, the best non-contract carrier, the cellular customer, scored 878, much better than any full service provider. Even if customers are lacking contracts for many years the quality of care they actually receive seems to be higher.
Of course, the customer experience is only part of the overall experience of a network. Verizon is generally said to have the best service, for example, an investigation that considers the cell coverage would probably see hit a spot or two. But it is interesting to note that AT & T, the oldest carrier (with the stuffiest reputation) actually managed to keep his happiest customers.
